Understand how to create a new layout and how to edit your Terms & Conditions and Warranty pages.
Create a New Layout
- Go to Configuration > Account Settings > Layouts > Reports
- Click on Create layout in the top right corner.
- Name your layout and choose whether or not you want to Share layout with all users.
- Edit your layout and then click Publish in the grey bar at the top of the screen.
PRO Tip
Duplicating an existing layout requires far less set up than creating a layout from scratch.
Update Terms & Conditions and Warranty Pages
You can only update these 2 pages from within a layout. This is an action that only Admin users are able to do.
- Go to Configuration > Account Settings > Layouts > Reports
- Select the layout you wish to edit and click on the edit pencil icon to open the layout.
- Navigate to the Terms & Conditions page in the page contents on the left.
- In the text box, make any edits you need to make.
- Repeat step 4 for the Warranty page as needed.
- Click on Publish edits at the top of the page.
- All future reports using this layout will have the updated information included.
- For all current homeowner quotes that need to be updated, do the following:
- Click on Projects in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
- Open the homeowner project that needs to be updated.
- Click on Open for editing beside the report you want to update.
- Navigate to the Terms & Conditions page and/or Warranty page.
- Click on Refresh Now at the top of the page.
- Changes will be automatically saved.
