Create a New Layout

Understand how to create a new layout and how to edit your Terms & Conditions and Warranty pages.

Create a New Layout

  1. Go to Configuration > Account Settings > Layouts > Reports
  2. Click on Create layout in the top right corner.
  3. Name your layout and choose whether or not you want to Share layout with all users.
  4. Edit your layout and then click Publish in the grey bar at the top of the screen.

PRO Tip

Duplicating an existing layout requires far less set up than creating a layout from scratch.

Update Terms & Conditions and Warranty Pages

You can only update these 2 pages from within a layout. This is an action that only Admin users are able to do.

  1. Go to Configuration > Account Settings > Layouts > Reports
  2. Select the layout you wish to edit and click on the edit pencil icon to open the layout.
  3. Navigate to the Terms & Conditions page in the page contents on the left.
  4. In the text box, make any edits you need to make.
    1. Repeat step 4 for the Warranty page as needed.
  5. Click on Publish edits at the top of the page.
  6. All future reports using this layout will have the updated information included.
  7. For all current homeowner quotes that need to be updated, do the following:
    1. Click on Projects in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Open the homeowner project that needs to be updated.
    3. Click on Open for editing beside the report you want to update.
    4. Navigate to the Terms & Conditions page and/or Warranty page.
    5. Click on Refresh Now at the top of the page.
    6. Changes will be automatically saved.
